THP Homes operates as a licensed general contractor with residential and commercial operations. We conduct business with integrity and honorable fundamental values which include conducting business in a professional manner, treating our subcontractors, suppliers and other partners with respect and being ethical in each business decision.
THP Homes is deeply immersed in all aspect of the construction process, including acquisition, planning, budgeting, construction and sale of all properties. We designed a business structure that allows for daily on-site supervision, safety reviews, timely material procurement, subcontractor vetting and processes to insure accurate financial reporting.
THP Homes performs daily market research and works closely with realtors to acquire a well-rounded understanding of the communities we serve.
