Jeff Culver – President/Owner
For Jeff, he realized that he wanted to be involved in all aspects of real-estate at a young age. Jeff wanted to not only follow in his father’s footsteps dealing with a rental business, but he also wanted to branch out and make his own path. While dabbling in real-estate, Jeff also was the VP of Operations for a world-wide communications contactor. There he managed a large staff of field supervisors across various states with great success. It was while he worked at this company that he and Bryan became friends. Jeff and Bryan would do side projects on homes and began working with rental properties. Jeff’s ability to see beyond a property’s current condition and evaluate the future potential is an incredible asset to THP Homes. In his spare time he enjoys spending time at his cabin with a fishing rod in his hand.
Bryan Larson – CFO/Owner
Bryan had an influential father in his life that taught him many great lessons, one of those was understanding real estate from an investors’ perspective. That introduction fueled his desire to pursue his dream of owning and investing in real estate. While attending Union College, Bryan earned his degree in Business Management and Accounting and also gained hands on practical knowledge of construction practices. Over his 20 year corporate career, he developed a broad range of construction management skills including strategic and financial planning, daily operations, tax and accounting, risk management, communication and leadership. He has a passion for analyzing business data and being part of a dynamic business team. Bryan currently lives in Northern Wisconsin with his wife Robbyn. He enjoys hobbies such as gardening, beekeeping, cooking and growing shitake mushrooms. In addition, he enjoys hunting/fishing and spending time with family and friends.
Brian Culver – Vice President/Owner – Construction Operations
Brian is a real estate visionary. With 20+ years experience in home building, he has a thorough understanding of design, building and codes. His knowledge allows him to make quick and decisive decisions each and every day. His natural ability to communicate and relate with customers, employees, subcontractors and vendors is key to his overall effectiveness. He takes pride in building a superior home and does the build right the first time. In his spare time, Brian pursues his passion for hunting, fishing and many other outdoor activities. He also owns a farm where he spends time planting crops and making land improvements.
